How much Winner Alkaline Water should I drink?

matter what your physical condition is you should begin the day with 2 twelve ounce glasses per day upon rising.
Essentially that will break the fast or breakfast.
The
average healthy person should drink 1/2 their body weight in ounces.
For example
if you are a healthy person that weighs 160 pounds you should consume 80 ounces of Winner Alkaline Water Per day. If you are on a weight reduction regimen or are combating
a physical challenge (ie diabetes,cancer,hypertensision etc) more water may be recommended.
Note: Do not drink alkaline water 30 minutes before or after eating food.
